Welcome to LSCOPE! By enrolling as a student, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Enrolment and Fees: All students must complete the enrolment process and pay the required fees on time.
Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our refund policy.
Academic Integrity: Students are expected to uphold the highest standards of academic integrity. Cheating, plagiarism, and any form of academic dishonesty will not be tolerated. Violations may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion.
Attendance Policy: Regular attendance is crucial for academic success. Students are required to attend all scheduled classes, either online and offline, and participate actively. Absences must be communicated to the relevant faculty in advance where possible, with an understanding that either online and offline attendance is monitored.
Conduct and Behaviour: Students must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner towards faculty, staff, and peers in both physical and virtual environments.
Disruptive behaviour in classes, whether in person or online (e.g., inappropriate comments, background noise), will lead to disciplinary action.
Use of Facilities and Resources: Students are entitled to use the institution’s facilities and resources responsibly and respectfully, including both physical and digital platforms. Any damage or misuse of school property, including online resources, will be charged or legal action will be considered to the student responsible.
Confidentiality and Data Protection: Students must respect the confidentiality of fellow students and staff. Personal information must not be shared without consent. LSCOPE complies with data protection laws and will handle personal data accordingly.
Any material provided to students for reference and study purpose during learning duration should not be shared with other candidates without prior consent.
Disciplinary Actions: Violations of these Terms & Conditions may result in disciplinary actions, including warnings, suspension, or expulsion.
Amendments: LSCOPE reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Students will be notified of any changes.

Code of Conduct for Students at LSCOPE
Respect and Inclusion: Treat all members of the LSCOPE community with respect, dignity, and kindness, regardless of background, beliefs, or status.
Academic Excellence: Strive for excellence in your studies and support your peers in their academic pursuits.
Professional Behaviour: Maintain professionalism in all interactions, whether in person or online. This includes using appropriate language, being courteous, and minimizing distractions during lectures.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Embrace teamwork and collaboration in both offline group projects and online discussions. Share knowledge and resources to foster a supportive learning environment.
Responsibility and Accountability: Take responsibility for your actions and their consequences. Adhere to deadlines and complete assignments to the best of your ability, both in offline submissions and online platforms.
Feedback and Communication: Provide constructive feedback to peers and faculty, and be open to receiving feedback on your work.
Health and Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines while on campus, especially in laboratories and practical settings, and ensure a safe online learning environment by maintaining appropriate security practices.
Participation in School Activities: Engage in school activities, including clubs, seminars, and workshops, both online and offline, to enrich your educational experience.
Compliance with Policies: Familiarize yourself with and adhere to all LSCOPE policies, including those related to academic integrity and conduct.
Reporting Misconduct: Report any instances of misconduct, bullying, or harassment to a faculty member or the administration, whether occurring in person or online.
