Refund Policy

We value our students and aim to provide clarity regarding our refund policy. This policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be granted, based adhering to the local governing regulations

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Program Cancellation: If LSCOPE cancels a program or course, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled students.

Withdrawal Before Program Start: as detailed below.

Refund Amounts

• Withdrawal More than 30 Days Before Program Start: Full refund will be issued of total fees paid, minus an administrative fee.
• Withdrawal between 15 to 30 Days Before Program Start: 50% of the total fee paid will be refunded.
• Withdrawal Less than 15 Days Before Program Start: No refund will be provided.

Withdrawal After Program Start: Refunds are not provided for withdrawals after the program has commenced. However, students who can provide valid reasons for their withdrawal might be eligible for partial refunds at the discretion of LSCOPE.

 Process for Requesting a Refund

1. Submit a Written Request: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or post to the LSCOPE admissions office at below details given at contact section.

1. Provide Necessary Documentation: Include proof of payment and any relevant documentation to support the refund request.
2. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a complete refund request.

Exceptions

In certain cases, such as medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, refunds may be granted at the discretion of LSCOPE’s management. Documentation supporting the exceptional circumstances will be required.
